Yes, a lot of our competitors charge a minimum of 3 or 4 hours. However we only charge a minimum of 2 hours.

 We charge depot to depot which means we charge from when we leave Jesmond to when we return to Jesmond after completing your home move.  During our phone conversation, we will jump on Googlemaps and provide you with the additional time required.

No, but you are required to pay for the move in full at the completion of the job.

Most people make an internet transfer on their phone or laptop at the completion of the job.

You can pay with cash if you prefer.

If you would like to pay with a credit card, there’s a 2% surcharge.

No, we can disassemble and assemble beds as well as most other household items.

No, we can carry your chest of drawers as is or if we decide it would be safer, we will remove the drawers and refit them at the drop off address. It’s all part of our professional removal service

Yes, at some stage the fridge will need to be emptied. Typically the fridge is one of the last items we load in the truck, so it’s fine to leave the fridge on overnight and empty it in the morning of the move.

It varies. Typically a 3-4 bedroom home will take 3 men the majority of the day.
